Information we collect
For recruitment we collect your name, contact details, identity number, PSIRA registration, qualifications, employment history and any documents you upload. For employees we additionally process contract, payroll and banking information strictly on a need-to-know basis.
Why we process it
To assess applications, verify credentials and PSIRA standing, meet statutory security-industry obligations, and administer employment.
Access and security
Access is role-based and enforced at database level. Sensitive employee data is isolated and restricted to authorised HR and finance personnel. Every access and change is recorded in an immutable audit log.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may withdraw consent for talent-pool retention at any time via your applicant portal.
